Data Analyst Apprentice
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £25,000
Contract: Initial 24-month fixed term contract, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Are you a detail-oriented individual with strong IT skills and a passion for data? Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Data Analyst Apprentice. In this role, you'll work closely with Operations Managers and other departments, providing valuable insights and reports to support business decisions. You'll also contribute to key projects, including forecasting and business management for senior leaders, while earning a Level 4 Data Analyst qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Support: Provide critical reporting and insights for the UKI Operations Team, enabling effective decision-making.
  • Best Practices: Work with UKI teams to identify and implement tools and processes for operational excellence.
  • Data Management: Support D365 account creation and assist with reporting for the UKI business.
  • Strategic Insights: Deliver data-driven insights to the UKI Chief of Staff and senior leadership team (SLT).
  • Data Centralisation: Play a pivotal role in the UKI Data Centralisation project, ensuring data consistency across systems.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse trends, produce actionable insights, and support business strategy.
  • Process Improvements: Develop and enhance reporting tools and streamline workflows.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear records of processes and tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UKI Operations, Finance, and EMEA Reporting teams to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Project Support: Assist with processes such as BMS, Mx, QBR, and STAMP for the UKI business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Grade C/4 or higher in Maths and English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical Ability: Experience in analysing data, identifying patterns, and deriving insights.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellence-Driven: Commitment to producing high-quality work and continuous self-improvement.

About the Apprenticeship

As an apprentice, you’ll be immersed in the company’s data infrastructure, ensuring compliance with data policies and legislation.
